Our store is online only, which means you get to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your own home, in your comfy pants with a glass of wine in hand!

We make lots of handmade products from around Australia and the world. As some products are ready-made and some are custom made (which is why you chose to shop with us – good call), and they are all shipped from different places, they may not all take the same time to reach you. To get an idea of when you can expect your order, take a look at the turnaround times and shipping information on each item’s page. If a few extra days have passed and your order’s still not with you, please contact the individual handmade business.

Each piece description will contain detailed information as to whether it was made in Syria, Lebanon or Australia.

Every product is beautifully packaged in a quality box or wrap or fabric bag in creative way. Finished with a personalized gift card.

Each product is then carefully placed in the box if needed and protected with crinkled paper and sealed with tissue.

Once your order (or part of your order) has been shipped, you will receive an email from us (with tracking details if applicable).
